A Shorinji Kempo Juho Technique..

Shōrinji Kempō is a Japanese non-competitive martial art, which incorporates self-defence with a practical modern day philosophy. Based on a number of ancient Chinese martial art techniques, it was founded in Japan after the 2nd world war by Dōshin Sō and has its roots in the teachings of Zen Buddhism.
