Imperial College Dojo

Imperial College Dojo was founded in 2001 by Dave Dunn, who later went on to found the Bristol UWE club and most recently the Cambridge Dojo.

The dojo trains in the large gym - with sprung wooden floor and lovely views of the Royal Albert Hall and Albert Memorial - and has hosted several seminars and special training sessions with visiting senseis from the UK and Japan. Nowadays it remains popular with visiting kenshi for both its hall and its unusual weekend training slot.

Weekend training is taught by Sensei Sean, 4th Dan, who has been teaching Imperial College dojo for many years. Wednesdy sessions are lead by John and Melita, both 2nd Dan.

For more information and to check training times in case of any urgent changes, please visit the Imperial Dojo website.

If you have any queries or would like further information, please contact the club captain, Sergey, by email at shorinji AT imperial.ac.uk
